1. Agreement and minimum age
By creating an account or uploading public content, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use an online account without parental consent under the law where you live. This service is not directed to children.
2. Account and fair play
Keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate another person. Do not manipulate scores, replays, the client, network requests, or verification systems; disrupt the service; automate abusive traffic; or try to access another account or restricted infrastructure. We may reject invalid records and restrict accounts used for cheating or abuse.
3. Content you upload
You keep the rights you have in your avatar, custom pack, title, author credit, source link, forum post or image, and chat message. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and promote Gravity Defied Online. Upload or post only content you created or have permission to share.
Do not upload or use content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence or self-harm;
- contains pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors;
- facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) or contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- exposes private information, impersonates others, infringes copyright or trademarks, or violates another person’s rights;
- contains malware, harmful code, spam, advertising abuse, or attempts to bypass security and moderation.
4. Community moderation
These community rules apply equally to global game chat, competitive lobby chat, forum topics, replies, mentions, and uploaded images. We may hide or remove content, invalidate records, or restrict or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Safety, legal, and copyright concerns can be sent to koklyk3@gmail.com; contact local emergency services where someone is in immediate danger.
5. Service availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Features, tracks, verification rules, and these Terms may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, but will avoid unnecessary loss of user data where reasonably possible. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Enforcement and contact
We may take proportionate action to protect players, rights holders, and the service. If you believe content or an enforcement decision is wrong, contact koklyk3@gmail.com with the account or content identifier and relevant details. Gravity Defied Online is operated by KYKS.
